We have made some big changes to Oroson Boards that we would like to share with you.

The latest updates are focused on the visual working elements of Oroson, our favourite part!

Boards storing various content is still our most popular feature and what our customers get the most value from. So recently, we have focused on making these even better.

We want everything in Oroson to be as easy to access as possible. We aim to minimise the number of clicks and ultimately make our users as productive as possible.

New Board navigation menu

Visual Working & Collaboration with Oroson

On the top right hand side of your Board, you will now see a Board navigation slider menu. This is similar to our Workspace navigation menu on the left hand side.

Features that were positioned along the top of the Board are now available here. This includes Board Discussion, Board Activity, Board Members and Board Settings. This tidies up the Board and makes certain features more accessible for better visual working.

Another change here has been the removal of the Discussion view. We found users were primarily using the Split view or Content view. As requested by many of our users, the Board now remembers the last view selected. Either the Content only view or Content and Board Discussion view will now be displayed when the board is reloaded.

New styling for our Board items

We have made a couple of changes to our item cards, providing more room to preview content. To achieve this, we changed the design of the top and bottom of the cards so the title, item type and context menu are overlaid in the card.

There have been a few other minor changes as you’ll discover along the way including changes to the Board colour pallets and some layout changes.
